Apartment was poorly treated by tenant and requires some fixes. Kitchen sink water mixer is loose and needs to be tightened/fixed. Ensuite toilet seat has become unhinged. I suspect the blind hinge is broken, the tenant appears to have tried to reattach the whole thing using silicone - see photos.

Water from kitchen sink leaking into cupboard

My kitchen sink tap has come loose from the base, please see photos attached. Sink still works perfectly fine, just the actual tap is no longer fixed to the sink base. Water is leaking from sides of kitchen sink. I need this to be fixed.

Whenever the sink is being used, or the dishwasher is run, the external pipe leaks a lot of water. The dishwasher, which is brand new, returns an error of potential over foaming, which is not the case. Please message if you have any questions. I may not be able to answer calls.
