Sink not completely blocked but drains very slowly

There a water blockage in a kitchen sink. Need a plumber to fix it.

Our sink water is very slow in going down due to a possible blocked pipe.

We need to replace the handle for our kitchen tap. Needs to be a silver single tap. See picture attached. Like for like replacement would be fine. The part that you handle has broken off the current handle. We need you to supply and fit new handle.

Kitchen sink fills up with water when tap is running for a little while / when dishwasher is used. Unblocking is needed.

I need to have existing kitchen sink removed, and install a new one, which is to be purchased. Existing kitchen sink is 980 mm x 480 mm. It is on a kitchen bench stone. See photos attached. Potentially need someone to cut the stone bigger or to cut out the hole for a mixer tap if I purchase a kitchen sink without room for the mixer tap.

Three gaps in flooring need a silicone seal - one between floor and window frame, second between timber floor and entry step & third between laundry tiled floor and adjacent timber floor. Will need to match silicone colour with floor (beige - see photos). Also need new silicone or rubber seal around kitchen sink and bench top - need to match light grey of existing (see photo).

Hot and cold water are available at the wall, drain is installed to the floor. I want to be able to install dishwasher or washing machine (potentially both) in the cabinet next to the sink, so will need option to connect cold water and drain

Kitchen sink tap has become loose needs to be reattached. Shower guard rail needs to be resealed to tile floor.
