To replace a kitchen sink mixer.. we bought a new tap mixer from Routleys as seen in the picture .. also second task is to connect the Samsung smart fridge filter to water connection .

Change the kitchen sink tap

I would like too replace current sink with a new sink that is slightly larger. I do not want to change the current laminate however i believe there is enough provisions to create and alter space to make provisions for a new sink. I have added a picture of the sink i would like too replace with . i will get the sink etc, i know this may go without saying however the person doing the replacement will need to be able to work through plumbing etc i have the sink and mixer tap, you will need to provide any other parts required to complete the job. I have also included a snapshot of watch the sink I have purchased. It looks like in the pictures.

Water leaking from pipe seals under sink - water coming through when using tap and also when dish washer is run.

The pipe under the kitchen sink is leaking and needs attention. This is a unit on the ground floor in Bedford Park.The leak on the pipe is visible and accessible through the drawer underneath. It is a white PVC pipe most likely the drainage outwards. Photos are blurry as they are from a routine inspection conducted by the property agent and as it is a rental property, I do not have access to the property to get better photos and have limited knowledge of the extent of the damage. Budget estimates does not reflect actual budget as I do not know what needs fixing at this point.

Replace kitchen sink tap. Has become loose and needs tightening from underneath (don’t have the right tool to reach). The complete tap may need replacing if rusted. The laundry sink plug is leaking when water in sink. It is not the plug seal that needs replacing. Can supply photos/videos etc.

Need old kitchen sink removed & new one fitted up higher above cupboard so panel will need to be fitted, taps will have to be re-positioned. If you look at pictures the new sink will sit above where the tap outlets are in the wall, & be just below window sill, & the basin will be deeper so drain pipes should be ok, will get new taps that come out of sink rather than the wall. Kitchen sink tap handle has snapped off. Assume the whole thing needs replacing, if it can be repaired we would be happy for this as well Need it done asap We will supply replacement mixer if required - Due date: Flexible

Make a hole in the kitchen sink for a water filter tap then tighten the nut underneath so the tap doesn't wobble around. The water filter does not need to be installed as it is portable. 15-20 minute job.
