Basil is very polite, respectful & friendly. The job took 2 hours in total The hedging was great & he moved the clippings to the geen bin. Thank You. The actual patio clean I am a little disappointed with. I appreciate the tiles were marked & we tried to get stains off & this was not possible. However I feel a little more care could have been taken in the final presentation. I went out afterwards & had to sweep the patio to remove bits of grass / leaves etc that remained. During this I noticed grass etc had sprayed up onto the walls & was not cleaned off. The hanging egg chair was not moved for cleaning tiles below or behind. And also behind the lounge although it had been cleaned it still had dirt etc left. Basil had mentioned he had a big day & still had a job to go to so I feel he may have been pushed for time. I am still giving him a 4 Star for the benefit of the doubt that today was a long friday!

A lawn needs to be raised by approx. 20cm on one side to level up ( see pics). You don't need to worry about putting a retaining wall as it will be done before you start a job Soil and turf will be provided and dropped off in front of the house and need to carried out to backyard through side access. Size of the lawn is approximately 46sqm

I have 2 very heavy pots that need to be moved to my bakyard through the sidewalk. There are a couple of steps on the way but the path is concrete. Then they need to be lifted on a raised garden. Must bring a trolley.
