I need my laptop backed up. I am really struggling with this and I need it for my work I have a lot of important information I am scared to lose

My laptop’s keyboard is acting strangely. I used to switch between languages using the Shift key, but that no longer works. Several keys have changed—for instance, “?” has turned into “/”—and Shift no longer capitalises letters. As I type frequently, this is very frustrating Also, the laptop’s internal microphone isn’t working. It works with an external microphone, but not in call software. I’ve tried the usual troubleshooting steps, but no luck. Can anyone help? Thank yiu very much.

I have charge my laptop for like an hour but when I turn it on, it turn on for 15 sec and shut down... I have try it for like 5 times and I have leave it there for like an hour but still cannot turn it up to do some task. During the 15 sec, I have try to delete some apps that quite heavy, but it still cannot turn it on. My latop brand is asus vivobook and have built-in battery. I have an ASUS ROG Strix 2019 laptop that has for the last 6mo been playing up - when I game or watch a video the screen will glitch about 2 mins in and the whole laptop will freeze and I have to restart.
