Purchase, Collect and lay sir Walter turf. Closest bunnings that stocks sir Walter is rocklea. Triangle shape roughly 8.5x8.5x4 (roughly 16 square meters from what I can work out). Good access with gate and front of yard. No dirt prep needed, to be laid straight on ground and meshed in with current grass.
