SYNTHETIC TURF - SCOPE OF WORKS: • Level soil. * Remove soil and sand to create level space • Remove 1 x timber sleeper on top of existing sleeper to level area. • Fill area with crusher dust to achieve drainage and finished height requirements then compact with plate compactor. • Install synthetic grass • Join grass with backing tape and adhesive, then secure with nails on all edges. • Infill approx. 300 kg of kiln dried sand and fibrillate. *Remove all rubbish and material We recently had a putting green installed. After the insane rain in the Northern Beaches, we needed to adjust our stormwater plans which meant the green needed to be removed. Due to the heavy rainfall / floods we installed a number of storm water pits and extra storm water measures along with remedial storm drainage. We now would like to replace the Synthetic turf (no need for putting green this time), and to replace and repave the patio area to make it beautiful again! The site will need to be seen for an appropriate quote to be generated.
