No weeding, pruning or hedging required... only lawns and verges We have 13 sites in Perth area that require the use of both of cylinder and Rotary mowers... Must demonstrate attention to detail as our client is very particular on appearance Communication is imperative as we operate on transparency and honesty. Once arrived at each location it will be minimal travelling as all the work will be on the same site... each site can take either 1 day to 1 week to complete... You will basically be attending lawns inside large "villages" with lawn sizes varying from 1m2 to 50m2 per villa, and common areas such as verges, receptionists. Summer time requires 2 mows a month, winter time 1 mow a month. Will require police clearance ABN, public liability, well maintained and presentable equipment. You will need to demonstrate and show evidence of your work as some our clients have prestine and immaculate lawns. Pay will be based on a set rate each day. Average of $400 per person per day based on 8 hour onsite time. Price is subject to experience and quality of work... can be more than $400 per person or $800 per team of 2 Opportunity to raise reactive works and generate more income and revenue.
