2 garden drainages has to be lifted up to the ground level (currently sitting 6 inches below). One gutter drain pipe has to be connected to one drain. Attached drain photo is a similar one. My one cannot be seen as covered with soil. Will clear the soil today.

I’ve recently moved into a new house and haven’t noted 2 issues that need fixing with my laundry taps. 1) the cold water tap that the washing machine attaches to doesn’t work therefore I have my washing machine attached to the hot water which isn’t good for my clothes 2) there is a leak coming from either the tap or the pipes under laundry basin when the washing machine is on- can’t seem to work out where it’s coming from 3) shower head constantly leaks and needs to be looked at!

Brendan offered $155 which I accepted . Once he came to my home he asked additional $150 to replace valve. However I clearly mentioned valve replacement in my job description. Ideally $155 should include valve replacement but I ended up paying additional $150. Very poor communication. Good part is at least job is done but at higher price
