Looking for an itemised quote from Licensed Builder for an insurance claim to replace the bathroom vanity. The quote must be on builder's formal letterhead including their license and ABN details as well property address. The new vanity should be waterproof 900mm and quote should include providing vanity, all parts (including basin, basin mix, peipe etc), plumbing charges and removal of any debris and discarding old vanity. I have a vanity replacement quote from 2 years ago for different property but insurance is saying this is for different so must be new quote for property which is being subject to claim. I have plenty of pictures to help you prepare the quote or you can visit the property. One pic is attached for a reference.

There was a leakage in laundry which has been found that it is because of blockage in pipes. A handyman came and cleaned the pipe but it needs water jet and cctv which he did not have. He told me that he cleaned the drain in the laundry to the outside storm water but Blockage is further down the pipe past the first elbow.

Hello Plumbers. I Require the bathroom shower head and laundry tap to stop leaking. Attached are the photos. The shower head is in the bath tub and has two normal turning knob taps. Require a more permanent solution so need a professional plumber to diagnose the cause and rectify the problem ideally at least a year of not leaking. Please ask any questions/concerns before making a quote. Taps have been changed and washers before but it continues to leak slightly. Require expertise for this job.
