Bathroom seat replacement and fix leaking tap

Hi When the water tank of my toilet seat is full it starts to over flow extra water in toilet seat. What an insured plumber to help in fixing it.

The sink pipe's connection to the sink is loosened as seen the first 4 images. The las photo shows the pipe that has the leak in the washing machine area.

Outside Rain Water Tap is leaking continuously

Hi, I need to get the agi pipe installed and that needs to be then connected to the storm drain. The length would be approximately 6 to 8 metres. There is a patch in the backyard where the water is logging and need to drain this water directly to storm drain.

Want to replace an outdoor tap that's leaking

We’ve got a Beko dishwasher which was water-logged initially. After water was drained out it’s turning on but keeps on blinking at P1

Require a tiler for waterproofing of bathroom. There is a leak happening. We have got a plumber to do balloon dye test and it is a waterproofing job. There are two more bathrooms on the same upstairs level to be done after this.

1. Kitchen tap - the top has come off, please refer to image for more details. The tap has hot and cold water. Need to replace the kitchen sink tap. 2. Bathroom basin tap. The tap has to be changed with similar one or the top has to be fixed on the current one. Also a seperate issue it leaks from the bottom randomly at times and only stops when we turn the supply for this tap off. Not sure if it’s due to water pressure. Need to check the root cause and fix it. 3. Bath tub taps are working fine. But handles are loose and rotates when forcing it. Needs to checked - Due date: Before Wednesday, 13 December 2023
