Hi I have 3 leaking taps, that need new washers. Would prefer work to be done after 4.30pm Wednesday Thursday or Friday or Saturday.

Need a new hot water unit installed. Old hot water unit in in roof and leaks so much. Old unit can stay in roof when disconnected. I already had an electrician disconnect unit. Probly need to run pipes out of roof and down wall for new unit. New unit will sit outside the back door. New unit is electric. I have electrician coming back to connect once plumber is done. Hi. We need a plumber to fix our leaking toilet that keeps running into the pan (I believe it’s the seal inside the cistern). Would also like bathroom taps and spout replaced (will supply) but I believe that will require the sink to be removed. See pics for reference.
