- Remove old bathroom vanity and install the new cabinetry in place. - We want to keep the ceramic top off the old one and attach it to the new cabinetry.(essentially only replacing the cabinets) New Vanity cabinets will be provided

We have 4 rain downpipes, 1 of them is blocked underground with root and etc We want someone to unblock it, and possible do a check for all 4 holes, see if they are blocked or cracked underneath

Install wall hung bath vanity and toilet ( to the floor)

Remove existing tilling, bath, shower, toilet & fitting and replace with new tilling and fittings

The toilet water tank keeps draining out.

Replace toilet supply line hose and wall outlet connector as it is leaking (not sure which one is causing the leak). The job should be quoted for replacement of both and refitting the existing bidet shower. Price should also include the supply line hose, a new wall outlet connector and other material to complete the works.

I require 3x Downpipes to be purchased and installed as the current ones are broken. Please see attached photos of the 3 currently. I am putting a price on the task, because Airtasker forces us to, but please quote your best price as I am not sure of a reasonable price to put. Please note all the downpipes run into the ground and not to a point because they used to run into rain water tanks which have been removed. Please give a proper quote and not a half quote. The point of the task is to get a quote for the job. Remember we too have to pay fees in order to engage your services.

Upstairs toilet/bathroom seems to have some issues. Toilet isn’t blocked but sewage like smell being emitted. Small insects seem to appear out of nowhere (likely coming out of drains)

Fix drainage problem. Water is making ceiling collapse. We want to create a drain where the arrow is to let the water flow down. Please quote for labour and materials.

Tap head is jammed of recycle water Tap Can’t rotate it either way . Need fixed it asap

Issue with the shower pressure

My shower water could not shut off. After playing around with the handle, it came off and they just wouldn’t shut off. Am no expert but I think the valve stem needs replacing. Please send me your offers.

Install new kitchen mixer tap. This is replacing an existing mixer tap

Initially the shower drain blocked partially. Later this is being tranfered to other areas like kitchen sink and toilets after a day.

Old toilet is badly blocked with calcium/limescale build up in the trap/bend and dosent flush well anymore.Dont worry I've tried cleaning scraping and chiseling down in the bend but to hard to get right into the problem area so may as well just go with another toilet pan.For at least 3 years we've been squirting detergent down there each flush to help the waste glide through and we finally have had enough of it haha.
