Have 2 x Microsoft Surface Studio 2 computers that need to be factory restored. No passwords to login, so you will need to be able to reset them without being able to login. According to Google, you have to create a recovery USB but can only be done by using another surface device. The front camera in my Microsoft Surface Pro 7 often doesn’t work. I need to know whether the issue is the camera itself (and the laptop therefore needs replacing) or whether it’s something else such as the camera driver etc.
