Hi there We're planning on opening up a vegetarian/vegan cafe and restaurant in Chippendale, NSW. The place is flanked by USYD, UTS, Notre Dame University and Broadway shopping centre. We expect our main crowd to be uni students and the trendy locals (Newtown type of a vibe) however we plan on making the restaurant a landmark also to attract more people. In addition to being a restaurant, the place will also function as a venue for meditation programs and spiritual seminars. We're looking for an interior designer/decorator/stylist to: 1) Have in in-person, on-site consultation to understand the requirements. 2) Provide sketches/mockups/drawings showing us how we can decorate and fit-out the place. 3) Let us know where we can source the furniture and items locally. We're on a tight budget and we plan to spend about $10,000 maximum for the interior design and fit out. The theme is trendy, modern and casual with an Indian mystical vibe. We plan to open up our business in early March and so we need the interior design work to be done as soon as possible. Attached are some pictures of the place from inside along with a floor plan. This requires you to fill out a few notes on the interaction and level of service. The form will be various questions about the Mystery shop and a rating system you tick off. The entire process should take approx 60 minutes or so, including the time it takes to fill out the form. Ideally not spending anymore than 20-30minutes in the store to avoid taking time away from actual customers. Things to note about the task: -You will be emailed the report along with clear guidance, it’s important the guide is read in full before you enter the store so the visit is a success. -You will be required to provide a picture of yourself in the garments to verify your visit, which is also listed on the form.
