New Foxtel box to connect to nbn internet

Recently obtained new modem to connect to NBN network. The DSL cable is not connecting to internet. Not sure outlet works as I have never used it. DSL wall outlet needs to be inspected and rewired to enable ethernet connection to work and connect to modem.

An electrician who is familiar with NBN electicals

NBN came through and installed FTTP. In the process they moved my modem from the WLAN hub in my garage to the side of the house from where the NBN enters. I would like the data cable reconnected and the Modem moved back to the garage hub.

Need assistance locating the end section of a conduit line which connects to our properties for the NBN lines. Each conduit runs approx. 4 metres long, though we are unsure of where they run.

I’m experiencing a drop in my NBN speed from 100 Mbps entering the premises to 75 Mbps at the Ethernet port.
