Had guys over doing earthworks on a rental property we live in, they have damaged the fibre optic cable from the pit to the exterior nbn box

We had fibre internet installed but can't connect as we need to 'connect a blue cable to a NBN box (CAT 5 cable needs RJ45 clip and to potentially be extended)'. We also have to change ports upstairs inside.

I am a new tenant. Dodo internet using BYO modem. Can’t connect to internet, only 3 Lights are on the modem. Talking to NBN service persons it sounds like a case of sourcing the right connection (there are 2 Ethernet connections) and hopefully it’s a very easy fix. Happy to adjust rate. Just want the internet asap for work

Take NBN Box out and wanting to plaster hole and paint the wall once removed. Plasterboard Wall.

We are looking to relocate our NBN from its current location to a more convenient place. New location is downstairs and already has an old coaxial connector, not sure if it works though. I will also need a CAT6 cable run from the new location to living room. This will require cable and faceplates. Open for suggestions, either NBN Box relocation, or wire a few CAT6 socket with cables to different rooms (Either should work for our network setup.) This is a double story home.

Hi! I need a licensed electrician to install internal conduit paths cabling for NBN provision for a new house. The builder has installed one already, but NBN says this is not the ideal location and they have specified a particular spot for it instead. NBN has installed the outside cabling already, so need someone to do the internal conduit path cabling provisions. Thanks!

While removing some weatherboards it was necessary to disconnect the NBN box on side of house. At some point the box dropped putting pressure on the lead in side cable which has caused a break. Looking for someone to reterminate with a new connector. Existing connector is mold on type which as I understand can not be reused.

I need help connecting / setting up my Internet Router / NBN network. All equipment is already installed into the wall and all cables are already connected. I need the new Service I have bought connected to the existing router / NBN connection box which has been left by previous owners. I have tried to troubleshoot but am not technical. The Router is recognised when searching on existing WIFI, it appears the Internet connection to the new service provider needs to be connected properly for service to work.
