Remove paint/sealant from previously(?) mouldy bathroom. Previous owner painted over mould. The bathroom very small - probably ~5m^2 in size. 1. Remove vanity/cupboard/basin (seal pipework - basin to be replaced later). 2. Remove old sealant. 3.
