As per title, the plaster in the garage above the roller door is sagging and rubs against the roller door whenever it is used. Repair only requires screwing the plaster back into trusses, no filling/ painting required.

Only the vinyl weatherboards need painting (not window frames/doors etc) however basic taping of edges will probably be required to protect frames/windows. 15L of paint will be supplied & more if required, materials can also be provided including use of basic Karcher to wash & paint roller/trays/ladder/tape (already on-site). The scope of this task has just been enlarged to include painting both external and internal sides of the window frames. The budget has also been revised upward, hopefully it can attract more offers. My apartment only has one-bedroom and is in Albion. All the window frames are timber and they need to be repainted. The timber window frames that are needed to be painted are as follows : 1. Please note that I live on the 1st floor of an apartment and a long extension ladder (up to around 4.5 metre long after extension) is required to access the external side of the bedroom window and bathroom window on the 1st floor.
