Outgoing tenant has touched up walls badly so best solution is a single coat of emulsion over whole wall. Limited preparatory work on small, poorly filled holes and one 3mm crack across corridor ceiling to fill and paint. Estimate 4-6 walls, plus upstairs corridor ceiling and one side of stairwell.
