Hi We rent a 2 bedroom unit in Ashfield. We are having our rental inspection on Saturday and I need some assistance with paint touch ups on 4 walls. The ceiling paint in the bathroom is peeling, scrape and repaint. Im flexible on cost, I just dont know how much it is. there is a small bit of mould. Paint needs to be moisture resistant (special bathroom paint)
