Also looking to have the toilet room painted as well again (can see a little bit of original colour coming through in areas). Some spots will need ‘no gap’ Anytime today or tomorrow if possible :)

Hi! we are getting ready to sell our house and it just needs a few small touch up jobs done, some small internal wall areas sanded and painted and possibly patched (some hole filler has already been applied). All paint, brushes, sandpaper ect can be provided. We are looking for a good quality job to tidy up a few small areas of the interior of a very small 100sqm lowset house, mostly the short hallway is where the work is needed and a couple of window sills where the paint is flaking off. Previous experience patching and painting is definitely desirable. There are also a few newly installed lights and fans that need a light sand and repaint around the edges, all materials including paint, ladders and drop sheets can be provided. We also have a couple of small handyman jobs - reattach a broken towel rail and a small amount of water blasting work available to clean 3 external blinds and external stair paint touch ups in preparation for selling the house in January. We just need the work done before Xmas, as work has gotten too busy for us to do it ourselves! It should only take approx 6 to 8 hours maximum thanks 😊
