Sand back stair balustrades and handrail to remove stain.

Looking to paint 8 interior doors both side (820x2040) and frames/trim. Currently doors are cream gloss, looking to paint in white gloss (please include paint in price). Doors are in good order, no ‘repairs’ are required, just sanding (I assume). I am happy to remove/reinstate doors if required (or handles etc), it’s just the painting but I’m not very good at. Budget is a guess only, if a fair price is more than my estimate, please let me know. Thanks, Ed

Passenger side front door has 2 minor scratches. Need painting (solid white colour) WAA - colour code paint already purchased and can be used for the job.

Looking for someone to clean cigarette stained walls and ceiling in 139sqm lowest house. The cleaning is prep before we have it painted. Photos show walls and where we have cleaned a small patch. Have tried sugar soap, bleach and chlorine and the stains do come off, it’s just managing the mess and minimising water run off.

I have a number of holes in my outdoor ceilings due to some wires that were run incorrectly. I’m looking to have these repaired and patched (inc painted). There are 3 holes in total.

I am having a section of two walls removed and cleaned up by an accredited asbestos removal company and need someone to reinstate the internal wall sections with cement sheeting, re-trim and paint the new install. It is approximately 10sqm in total. There are two sections one is 600 x 4200 and the other is 600 x 3600. The asbestos work is being done on 24 October and need this completed as task as soon as practicable following the removal and clean up. - Due date: Flexible
