Need a painter with insurance to paint/ spray: 1. a wooden ceiling, air conditioning ducting, sprinkler pipes in an old renovated warehouse office Size 7.725m x 5.455m say 45sqm. (Base rough sawn timbers, Dark stain ) - apply blocker sealer undercoat and paint / spray to cover. 2. 3 pillars and 2 big beams approx 8sqm (base is dark grey paint good condition) paint in satin. 1 coat primer and then paint/ spray. 3. 1 wall 7sqm (base is grey white good condition) paint in satin. 2 coats paint/ spray should be sufficient. You’re welcome to inspect. Floor is bare and will be carpeted. Walls have been painted recently so must be kept clean/ free of spatter. Need it done ASAP.. Once we agree the body corporate will need to approve, might take a couple of days.

We’re looking to get quotes to paint two small rooms in our Newtown terraced house. The rooms are roughly 15m2 each with a fireplace. Looking just for the walls to be painted not the ceiling. We’ve chosen the paint colour and will have that the ready for you. In one room there is a patch where some paint has been peeling (we’re not sure why) but we can peel all the paint off that wall for you in advance. Hey there, I’ve got a ceiling that has had water damage (strata tells me it sorted) but I am currently removing the ceiling and then going to zinser the ceiling in stain blocker (feel free to quote this if easier to do in one job). I need an Airtasker to skim coat the ceiling ready for me to paint (or if easier you can include in quote to paint). *Or provide advice on another way. Strata promise the ceiling is fixed but with a flat roof, waterproofing will fail eventually and I prefer not to have to keep doing this.. Photo is just part of it but will have next week the entire ceiling down and hopefully ready. The room is 18sq meters

Small bathroom, paint chipping off walls and ceiling, with some surface mould. Dodgy job done by landlord's contractors, so do not wish to go through them again. It looks as though they repainted over old cracks without sanding back, and used an unsuitable paint for an area where there is moisture. I need the current layer of paint sanded back. A layer or two of mould blocker primer applied, and then area repainted with appropriate paint. There is also a small hole in ceiling which needs repairing. Can provide primer and paint if needed. Including ceiling, area that needs painting is approx 7.5m2 all up.
