Need license painter to paint all unit

Paint 2x rooms, both rooms 3 metres x 3 metres. One room to be painted in a pale yellow colour, the other room an apricot colour. Both rooms to be painted on the same day with the required number of coats. Attention to detail is important.

A painting fell off my wall and ripped paint and part of the wall off. I am moving out next week and need this fixed prior to leaving. I have kept the part of the wall that ripped off and can get a sample from Bunnings

One kitchen wall needs a primer coat and 2 top coats. Previous cracks were recently plastered.

Wooden floor in livingroom has some scratches from my dogs, only few spots look worse, the rest is pretty good but might have to do the whole room. Sand and re-apply stain i guess or polish it

A lounge needs a clean, it's been in storage for 2+ years. No major stains, just a general clean required to get it looking fresh and new. I don't have a current photo but have attached a photo of the product.

I have 2012 Skoda Fabia that I love dearly . She she is approaching 190000 kms , and I am simply not willing to part ways with her because of her paint/sun damage. I have made a start on sanding her down myself, and have bought some paint initially to do the roof and the bonnet . I don’t have the expertise/tools/space to do it unfortunately. It doesn’t need to be perfect, but would like to give her a complete respray eventually .

The current paint is losing its plastiser

I am looking for some help to clean my parents' home. There are small patches of mould on the ceiling in three small rooms that need to be treated. Otherwise, the ceiling of the living room, in addition to the walls and ceiling of the kitchen need to be cleaned. Based on having cleaned some of the rooms myself, I estimate this should take a professional under 3 hours. The rooms aren't big. I think the living room measures in around 3m x 15m, for example. I have 12 tassy oak table tops 450x 400 that need to be sanded back and coated with 3 coats of matt polyurethane finish. I will provide the paint. The task needs to be done in 3 stages and can be done in your own time and offsite..
