The paint of laundry ceiling has peeled off due to warm air from dryer. Needs repainting . Size approx 5ft x 6ft

Patch and sand plaster 3 areas in total. Supply your own materials. No painting needed.

Skirtings, staircase sideboards and base and one window frame above staircase need varnishining. Floors have recently been polished and you can see where carpet used to sit against skirtings and staircase sideboards. We will supply the varnish. I have uploaded some photos as an example. RE skirtings, there are 4 bedrooms, retreat area, loungeroom, dining room, hallway, entrance area, kitchen. Please note sanding is required prior to varnishing. You will also need your own drop sheets and tape edges to avoid spillage. Professional painter is preferred for this task

Require acid wash on a new brick fence. Half of the fence is rendered and require acid wash on just the top bricked-half of the fence. See attached photos. 6-posts altogether.
