Need this hole patched up, I do still have the pieces which were cut out. See attached pic Needs to include sanding with only painting left to do 800 wide 1250 high

I had 2x floating shelves and need these holes patched up. -screws removed -wholes patched -sanded -touch up paint with 'builders White' paint.

Experienced people only please. Hoping to get certain floorboards replaced and stained to match due to water stains soaking in to timber. Attempted to fix with no luck. Also interested in quotes for floor sand and polish if needed but budget may not allow due to house being a rental which we are trying to fix.
