Need upstairs of house painted. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 small study. Please note the blue line on the photo wall DOES NOT need painted as it is exposed brick. Will provide paint and would need 2 coats.

All blue kitchen cupboards in the photo spray painted or painted white. Will provide the paint.

Saw this crack in the ceiling that appeared 2 weeks ago. Looking for some guidance and how to fix this ..

I had 2x floating shelves and need these holes patched up. -screws removed -wholes patched -sanded -touch up paint with 'builders White' paint.

Experienced people only please. Hoping to get certain floorboards replaced and stained to match due to water stains soaking in to timber. Attempted to fix with no luck. Also interested in quotes for floor sand and polish if needed but budget may not allow due to house being a rental which we are trying to fix. I will attach photos. 2 photos are stains with floorboards hoping to be replaced and matched. Yellow lines are all rooms which join and have timber floors. Red is lounge room which if have to sand, are hoping we can match to joining rooms. As we have no idea for budget we are just putting $500 as starting price.
