I am needing my deck sanded back please. Size approx 10x4m I HAVE NO SANDING EQUIPMENT. Only requiring sanding job. Even happier if someone can stain as well, depending on price. (Please provide quote with and without staining if you can do both). Timber is very weathered on about half of it, exposed and not undercover. Gurney used recently and you can see where the stain has been taken off. Happy for alternative recommendations for what you think needs to be done. Job to be done asap please.

Clean all walls and ceiling from top to bottom. Clean mould and stains off ceiling and walls. They will be painted but I need them thoroughly cleaned and mould removed first. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.

Fix couple of holes in the inner wall (gyprock)of the house. Paint the patch with Natural white paint to match up with the rest of the wall.

I painted one coat of paint on my floor boards and did not use a primer , I would like to striped the colour to the original colour of my floor board.

1) Ensuite 1 - something has been sprayed the door jambs, potentially during tile cleaning. the paint was soft and was easily removable with back of a fingernail. This looks common to timber being embedded into tiling bed but given the age of the home, i think something has been sprayed on it. SOW surfaces to be cleaned, sanded back smooth and repainted 2) Dining room - poor workmanship on the skirting/ architrave junction. This should flush with each other. Plenty more work like this looking for someone to work with us long term. Please provide rough quote

I wanted to do minor repair and painting of furniture to aged white. i have few furniture to be painted. A lounge and bed as shown in pic and another Which is unclear in pic as it is in garage, have to organise personnel to move it. I would like to change colour and minor repairs ...these furniture were imported and few minor damages during shipping. It is teak wood hence i a. reluctant to sell however i am bored with the colour and actually never liked the colour.
