Needing to paint the whole interior of a 2bed townhouse, recently purchased. PROPERTY WILL BE COMPLETELY EMPTY: NO FURNITURE TO BE MOVED AROUND The property is in need of a fresh coat of paint. Looking for someone to complete the following 4 tasks: 1. Bedroom 1: Sand back & prepare small Gyprock patch that has been completed by others (approx. 500x500mm square. Paint with supplied Dulux Wash & Wear paint. 2. Bedroom 2: sand back and prep Gyprock patch that has been completed by others (approx. 3000mm w x250mm h). Prepare and paint skirting board and lower half of wall with supplied Dulux Wash & Wear paint (approx. 3000mm w x 1600mm h). Requires curtains to be tied up to avoid damage, requires moving empty chest of drawers to gain access to wall. 3. Rear courtyard: sand back render that has been overfilled by others, as best you can. Prepare and paint with supplied Dulux Weathershield Diskau. 4. Prepare and paint rear timber awning frame with supplied Dulux Weathershield Domino. Will require minimum 2-3 coats. Re-fix timber awning to wall above door once paint is dry - Requires 2 new M10 holes to be drilled in timber awning & 2x new M10 holes drilled into rendered brick wall (can’t use upper 2 existing holes as the locations clash with new electric cable in wall). 4x M10 dynabolts supplied. Each area must be protected with drop sheets while preparing/painting and thorough clean once completed. Photos to be sent showing completed work and cleaned work areas. We have a few bumps and chips that need patching up before we vacate our rental. There are 2 dents/chips and 3 hooks that will need to be removed patched up. Pics attached of the larger chipped areas. Paint colour to be matched as closely as possible - walls are a bluish colour.
