Looking for someone to sand back the red paint to its natural timber finish and stain this buffet /sideboard. 100cm wide x 40cm deep x 86cm high

I have a few jobs around the house I would like help with - moving a light switch to a different wall in the same room ( including patch and paint) - flipping a door to open to the other side - patching and closing two air vent in the ceiling , one visible so will need patching and painting, both need to be patched from the top which is accessible - bricking up a small window with red bricks and mortar - cleaning pool fence - paint deck Happy to discuss pricing per job 🙏

Outdoor decking needs cleaning and restaining. Handrails as well. Other jobs of a similar nature around the house available to quote. I put in an amount but happy to have quotes above that.

Need the outside bricks of house spray painted white. Gutters and downpipes painted black. There are a couple other jobs, no idea what this costs so just putting $1000. There are a couple of painting jobs needed around the place which will need a bit of a conversation on best approach.

Seeking someone to clean and paint our deck. There is one spot specifically that has been damaged by a chlorine leak so it might require a bit of sanding and potentially a bit of special care. The person will need to move some furniture around in order to get access to all spots in the deck. Timing is quite flexible. Happy to get it done in the next week or so. We will supply the oil and would prefer someone to have their own equipment in terms of brushes etc. Otherwise we can get those as well.
