hi, we had a water crack outside in garden which leaked water into bedroom floor, we already removed half of the mouldy carpet, but not sure if the concrete floor still has mould and whether the room is safe to sleep in, and whether we need the floor cleaned from the mould, we need mould detection first and cleaning the mould if necessary. thanks a lot

We have a current plasterer that has been able to assist with setting and sanding of the plasterboard sheets, however due to ongoing commitments and projects, the work has currently been completed to 30% and he is not able to complete the job within the timeframe required. Need general assistance with simple painting. No experience required, but do require the physical strength/ability to climb a short ladder for a couple of sections (around 2 mts), and paint for a full day. I will provide directions and support including materials (paint, brush, roller, etc..) Job doesn't need to be done until end of December so just looking for a local contact I can call at the time.
