Need floor sanding and lightening - living room hall and bedroom for 1 bed apartment

Fill and paint one wall clad in Laminex surround. It is already primed, but does need some gaps filled. The gaps include filling the screw holes, longer slots where the panels haven't quite slotted together tight (ie a long thin gap between panels), the surrounding of the window (which has an aluminium edge to be painted also), and around the power points and light fittings (there are 4). Painter to supply paint - Dulux low sheen wash and wear in Natural White. Needs to be done before Friday 13th. See photos.

I have replaced the lights on the celling and the old holes are still visible so I need someone to patch the celling and paint over the patching. Kitchen cabinets were removed from the wall and now that wall needs to be patched and painted. Plugs will need to be removed from the wall before patching. I will supply the Paint.

Cabinets have been painted with a white undercoat. Final coat needed. Paint in Dove White. Remove Cabinets. Final coat in White Dove on all sides offsite/onsite. Put Cabinets back correctly.

I’d like to refinish like wooden table that has a few water and oil stain. Will likely require some light sanding and then applying some protecting layer (like oil) to protect from future stains

Hi, I am seeking someone to sand and restain my wooden floors. They are old, slightly uneven, scratched, and have paint stains on them. I would love to achieve a lighter, beachy color with white undertones, if possible. It may be a bit of a dream, but I’m hoping there’s someone out there who can make it come true. Thank you!
