Our not-for-profit organisation needs internal painting performed in the office area of a warehouse building in Botany as part of a Make Good clause on an end of lease. The entire space is 174 square metres. Floor plan attached.

Have a 92mm round access hole in the ceiling I need patched and painted, I can provide the paint and circular bit that was removed if it’s useful/required, but don’t have the rest of the gear so that would need to be provided. Labour and materials ti be included - gap in garage exterior wall meeds patching to seal garage room - old grate in floor needs removal and filling to make floor level - old pipe in garage floor needs capping

Hole in the bottom of wall (skirting). Need it fixed before our inspection on Monday. Will pay extra for the materials (paint ect). During the week evenings are preferred although anytime during the weekend will work as well.
