My tenant broke lease, moved out and we found they had painted bedroom ceiling to hide mould growth. Some parts of apartment (hallway and living room) has spray paint to cover minor dots of mould too. Mould treatment company suggested we get painter to sand off painting so treatment can be done. Once treatment is done, we can repaint the property. Preferably done within the same day if possible. Mould treatment won't take more than 2 hours. Job is: 1. Sand off - bedroom ceiling, a small part of room plasterboard. Images should help, including floor plan to give u an idea of property size. - sand off spray paint in hallway and few patches in living room 2. Paint bedroom including ceiling. 3. Paint hallway and living room ceiling Note: Property is vacant so flexible with date. Can arrange access with agent. Painter must be fully vaccinated. Pls use mould blocker paint. Thanks.

I hired a handyman recommended by friend to fix some small plaster cracks on my wall but unfortunately he can not match the paint color so now my wall is left as this. There is a part of a white plaster board wall (1mx1.5m) which has few holes and need fixing and painting. The original wall is about 2 years old. There shouldn’t be an obvious difference between the colour of the original paint and new paint. - Due date: Before Friday, 3 February 2023

The house is around 160 square meters, 3 beds, 1 living, 1 dining, 1 kitchen, 1 family area, 2 baths, 1 laundry. All have wallpaper around 50 years old. I need them to be removed and painted as well. If the job is done before 7 Feb then it’s the best, because we start the flooring on 7 Feb. I have a lounge, bedroom and small entrance way which needs painting. I will supply the paint. All of the rooms will be close to empty. Skirting board, architraves, cornice and ceiling. I will patch any holes or gaps. 2 coats required.
