I need quote for some sanding of little patches throughout the apartment and paint over them, bedroom wall has discolouration which needs to be painted over, tv dismounted and holes covered and painted. It is end of lease so it needs to be seamless

Need TV dismounted and patched and painted over the holes, as well as multiple little patch and paint jobs on the walls.
