I have a small cabin/Granny flat that needs painting. Will supply paint. Will need a spray gun to complete and own equipment. I have a ladder and roof is easily accessable. Will only take one day to do, can be done anytime.

Paint ceiling roof / patch job

A few wall wear and tear patches require paint patching. Also some new doors need painting and staining. Could turn into more work later on for the right Painter.

The garage door needs to be sanded back to the wood. Currently has a coat of sikkens cetol supernatural and a coat of sikkens cetol hlse.

Need painter with experience to paint one bedroom Granny flat including the inside of one cupboard and window frames. Paint will be supplied. Some patching and painting needed, not much. Some furniture will need to be moved, not much.(drop sheets needed) Will need to have experience, have own equipment and be able to complete over 5 days.

Have 1 room that needs a bit of TLC. The walls have a fair bit of double sided tape residue and need to be painted. Just a plain white paint is fine. Was used as a store room, but is now getting cleared out. So it’s a bit of a mess, but will be empty when the job is started. Cheers!

Corner house block with current rendered wall needs to be refreshed and patched to look clean and tidy. Pool edge to be cheaply made to look clean too either rended or painted. Please note this needs to be done well but inexpensively due to the property potentially being knocked down in the next 2-3 years.

I would like two bathroom ceilings to be repaired. The paint is a little cracked and peeling in some places. Ceiling 1 is approximately 1.2m x 3m Ceiling 2 is approximately 1.5 x 3.5m

Round intricate and unique turned dining table base to be stripped of original black gloss paint ( table top is removable glass). It’s from Indonesia so hopefully teak under the paint? Water base Matt sealer to be used once paint is removed
