The zincalume roof and guttering on our single-story Victorian terrace has a lot of surface rust building up, but is in otherwise serviceable condition. I'd like for someone to complete a restoration of the 70sqm roof sections which are rusty. The following process is what I'd typically imagine to be required: 1) give it a pressure clean 2) treat it with a rust converter 3) paint it with a zinc-based primer and 4) apply a roof membrane top coat. There's one area with some galvanic corrosion going on which may require special attention. BONUS: There's also a small crack in one of our acrylic dome skylights which I'd like to have sealed with acrylic epoxy (looks like it was attempted before by previous owner but requires redoing).

I need my Office room painted

I have an outdoor table and an outdoor bench that needs to be sanded back and also a coat of weatherproofing to be applied (which i will supply) I dare say a heavy duty electric sander will be needed!!

Looking for someone to repaint my small studio apartment as a tidy up in readiness of our first open house inspection to sell. The areas in need are the hallway, bedroom and living/kitchen area. If interested, a new top layer of grout to freshen things up is also needing to be done but optional. There are minor scuffs/dents if interested, although mostly looking for a fresh layer of paint for a better presentation. Note: Photos are to show areas in need and prior to tenants living in the house - the last photo is of the bedroom which is the worse spot, otherwise general scuffing/damage made when moving items..

Plasterer to fix: - 1 ceiling section. Patch and prepare for paint. - 4 walls where old skirting (160mm) has been removed and new skirting installed (140mm). Patch and prepare for paint. - Other small patch work. Patch and prepare for paint.

Clean outdoor deck and furniture as well as front porch. Includes sweeping, removing leaves, and removing possum poo which is in the cracks of the decking. I have a hose, brush, cobweb brush and can provide cleaning wipes / spray you may use. You may need to bring some kind of material to dislodge the possum poo from the cracks of the deck. Due date: Before 17 August 24.

Paint Bitumen Paint onto a small section of timber retaining wall. No prep needed - no sanding, filling, cutting in etc. It's only 12m long and 350mm high (See photos). You don't need to be an experienced painter. We will provide the paint (as pictured) and a new large painting-brush. Or you can bring your own equipment. There needs to be 2 x coats with about 2 hours in between. So you will need to come in the morning and come back in the avo please. Paying $75 p/h with an estimate of about 1 hour to apply each coat. Hi, I recently had new windows installed and need some help painting the window architraves and reveals from inside the house. There are 4 windows and one sliding door. See attached photos. Can you please: 1. Supply the primer and paint (paint is white, not gloss) 2. Sand, prime and apply 2 top coats of paint 3. Paint only the window architraves and reveals, the window frame itself does not need to be painted. 4. There is also 2 raw wood at the bottom of the sliding door and the ground floor window.
