We need help with sanding a bathroom wall. I stripped an old wallpaper and most of the wall is smooth ready for painting apart from the middle strip along the whole wall as per the attached photo. I tried to sand it myself but there is so much dust! I need someone with a proper sander/vacuum to make the middle of wall smooth ready for painting.

I lived in a townhouse for last 5 years and I vacated it now. The walls and certain parts of ceiling are a bit dirty and can't be cleaned as part of bond cleaning. So I want it painted with a basic single coat paint to conceal the dirty walls before the bond cleaning.
