We have a 9m2 deck (balcony) and 4no pergola posts which need a freshen up before summer. Both will need sanding back and oil applied. Deck is merbau and posts are hardwood I have Cabot’s oils that can be used to don’t need to include oil supply in price. Include all other materials such as sanding discs, paper, drop sheets, cleaning products etc. 2 sides of deck also needing colorbond monument flashing over timber to match the left hand side, include if you can, saves getting someone else to do it afterward.

Looking for labour hire. Looking for a handy person that can sand down the gyprock joining compound on walls, ceiling, window frame and also sand down the bifold doors in preparation for painting. The room is 6m length, 3m wide, 2.4 m tall. Fee is for labour only, I will cover the costs of sand paper pads

We will soon be moving house. We require the new house to be re-painted internally. It’s a big home (43 squares including garage however the garage doesn’t need to be painted). The house can be vacant to make this quicker. Areas to be painted are ceilings, walls, internal doors (12 in total). Depending on the cost, we may also get you to paint the skirts and arcs. Perhaps provide a quote for both. The bathrooms are tiled from floor to ceiling so only the ceilings in the bathrooms. I am very fussy, so please only respond if your work is of the highest quality. To keep costs down I can provide free labour. Happy to negotiate a fair price, but please don’t suggest a ridiculous quote. I simply won’t respond. No access to the house available as yet so please see attached floor plan. The colour we want is Lexicon Quarter. The current colour is grey and cream. I assume 3 coats on walls and 2 on ceilings and door is needed (but i’m no expert).
