Water damage to ceiling in 6 places. Most of it mild and probably just needs stain blocking and painting. One spot might need replastering (last pic). Already have left over ceiling paint.

All equipment (including drop sheets) to be provided by you. Works to completed between 15 May to 4 June. No movement of furniture will be required. Happy to arrange inspection if required. I have 6m2 of external cement sheet wall that I need to render it. I would like an off white or light grey finish colour. It’s under cover so it’s not weather affected.

The window in the bedroom does not stay in place, rather it gently closes. See pictures. One of the windows in the pictures with two windows doesn't stay in place. It it slams shut. In total, 2 windows sashes need to be repaired please. The estimated budget is the total for both windows including parts, labour and Airtasker charges. I am happy to supply paint, and paint the sashes myself after the windows are repaired, thanks.
