Find an experienced local painter in Chermside West

Painting of walls in 4 bedrooms approx 3x3.5m. Paint supplied, rooms will be empty. Must have drop sheets, paint brushes, rollers etc.

Require someone who can perform some light sanding of walls and quick paint touch up. Walls are fully repaired and just need a quick final sand before painting. Materials are supplied including sanding blocks, paint and brushes. There is also one small carpet stain that needs some quick attention. Looking for someone ASAP to do this ideally before Christmas.

I have a swimming deck really need some tlc. Repair sand and oil. Roughly 20sqm I have added some photos including a satellite image with the deck area highlighted. Can provide photos if necessary.

We would like someone to paint the gutters of a two story home with two coats of paint. In addition we would like that person to paint a colourbond fence, approx 10 metres in length, two coats of paint. Byo ladder, must have insurance. Paint supplied.

Painting required on the inside and outside of an office, inside another office. First coat has been completed. Approx 15m2

Garage wall plaster board damaged. Need to fix as it was in original condition with same painting. Damage is almost round-shaped with approx height 320mm and width 250mm. Photos attached. I am not sure how much it will cost including all materials and paint. So my price may not match exactly.
