Floors in good condition as covered by carpet entire life. no major scratches, no flooring nails to punch or finish previously applied that wouldn’t be removed with a quick sanding. 2 photos attached shows the timber post carpet removal and a section of the timber after quick belt sanding (80 grit). To facilitate the process, we would removed carpet and tack strips, ready for fill, sand and application of Matt finish. Can discuss particular product and best way to purchase once it progresses.
