Need to repaint the ceiling concierge the water stain. It is above the stairwell. Painter need to provide their access to ceiling as we don't have tall ladders. Please also bring your own protection to the wall and carpet. We should have some matching paint from previous renovation.

Hi, We recently had electricians put in downlights and now have a few patches/areas on the ceiling that need to restored. The patches will need to be filled/smooth out withgyprock and will need sandpaper/paint to be done. Paint will need to be matched to existing (I have some previous empty tins).
