External brick wall rain is leaking into back bedroom on first level. ! want external wall prepared and waterproofed in same colour as rest of back of house to stop this. if possible 2 gutters at back need gutterguard inserted.

End of lease paint to cover painted branding on wall. Only wall with branding needs painting. Will need to supply all required things (paint, brushes/rollers and drop sheet please)

Paint an archway and window trims accent colors. Photos of the archway / window and inspiration images included. Ideally you could come and take a look January 7 / 8, get the paint, and paint it 9 / 10 January. There is some furniture in the space so ideally you have cloths that can be used to cover the furniture. There are also some kitchen cabinets and a bathroom door I am thinking of painting in a separate job - so there's opportunity for additional work later on!

The ceiling of the theatre venue needs to be covered using black sheets with pins. Almost half of the ceiling is done and we need to get the remaining done by before 3pm. It should take around 1-2 hours.

We need painting to be done at a one bedroom apartment, including the ceiling. The living room only has 2 sides of the wall because one wall is the kitchen, the other wall is windows. The bedroom also has closet on one wall, so that's one less wall to paint.

We have a glass back door with a wooden frame. It is exposed to the weather and recently the glass shattered (has since been fixed). The glass repairer said that it would be a good idea to paint the door to make it more weather proof, with a particular focus on painting the bottom of the door (where moisture is likely entering the door). To paint the bottom of the door, we think it would need a couple of millimetres shaved off the bottom as it is quite a tight squeeze. I either have the paint or can provide the paint if I have the wrong stuff.
