I have an outdoor concrete area that has old paint job and needs refreshing. The current paint is slippery when wet. This is not safe as my elderly mother will be moving in with me in a couple of weeks, and this area will be her outside living zone. It's approx 25sqm. It will need to be properly prepared and painted to make it safe and look good. I'm seeking someone who has experience with this type of job and can recommend the best paint to make it safer. 10 x 4 alfresco ceiling to be painted I will supply the paint

Clean and Prepare walls and ceiling for painting. Paint double garage walls with two coats of paint. Ceiling one coat only. Paint provided. There is little wall space to be painted. There are brick walls too that do not require painting. Walls behind cupboards not to be painted.

The home has been vacant as the tenants have left and I need the house + doors to be painted (spray painted if applicable) before I move in. The house is in decent condition and has also been recently painted on the outset (inside of wardrobe, walkins, etc not touched- so will require painting, but most of the walls etc have been recently painted ~2 years ago). Also, I am getting carpets removed in the bedrooms and replaced with flooring, so would prefer to get the job done before the NEW flooring is installed. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 23 January 2024
