I need a butt join in my ceiling plastered. Also several metres of cornice and some sanding of patches after insulation was injected into walls.

Cladding tiny home, 2 long/large sides to be nailstrip colobond 2 short sides (ends of tiny home) cedar weather boards I will supply all matierials You just need to install the boards and cladding. All cladding can be srewed into the metal frame as i have placed extra noggins in where is needed. Sisulation wrapping will need to be done aswell with the job, sisulation wrapping provided. Needing sanding and stain of old timber floors in hall way. Or possibly to do the whole house - Due date: Flexible

Had to replace a garage door and now it doesn’t match the old one. Would like to paint old door to match, will require sanding, priming and painting with matched metal paint. Require a guarantee that both will match. You match and provide paint, I will reimburse with receipts.

1 Screen Door requires repairing. 2 panels need fly wire. 1 External door requires sanding/painting due to dog scratch damage. Empty house - lockdown not an issue! If you can provide materials I will pay you cash with receipt prior to doing the job. Any colour external paint is fine for the door, doesn't need to match.

Back wall is being replaced with blueboard sheeting and needs stopping and painting. Side wall fresh weatherboard that needs stopping and painting. House is a 10 square size with deck access to both walls

I need four small cracks in walls patched. Walls are cement sheet cladding and are only just slightly cracked currently so not open or letting out dust. Three are inside one outside. I also would like these painted once done ( I believe I have a tin of correct coloured paint that could be used).
