Find an experienced local painter in Clyde North

In search of an experienced individual to paint my garage floor in Clyde North. Previous experience with similar projects and the ability to provide references or examples of past work are essential. Please refer to the attached photo of the garage. Paint has already been purchased.

Apply paint in the ceiling area. Paint provided.

Few holes in the ceiling and wall. Need to patch them up in a perfect way since they are all in the main living area of the house.

Looking for a skilled individual to perform small paint repairs in my home located in Clyde North. The job includes touch-ups and minor fixes to walls (see photos). Must have experience in painting. Looking to have this done as soon as possible.

I am currently moving house, need minor things around the house fixed. Some spots need paint and some patch and paint. Need someone who can have a list of minor tasks I need help with. I have only uploaded two images as I would prefer to discuss, no large holes, just dents. If entire job ends up being more than budget, we can discuss. Paint colour throughout is the same and I am happy to purchase that.

To put new floor, flooring guy had to remove skriting and put them back once floor done. Carpenter has done his job but painting needs to get done. Some putty, sanding and painting to be done. Can provide paint. See attached house plan to see skirting locations. Skirting is the one with general hight.

a small area in kitchen and many smaller places in bedroom, picture hanging holes and scuffs. end of lease situation The task price is a stab in the dark, so I will want to negotiate that but I need it done properly so a justification of the costs of materials, labour time and such would be invaluable Edit: the reason I want to get someone to do this is because my landlord has used the original paint and is upset that it doesn't match. So he wants to replace the skirting boards entirely so that it's all back to looking good. However, this seems unreasonable to me so I went to Bunnings to ask about paint samples and they told me I need to bring in a sample of the material with the correct paint on it or have someone come out to identify the correct colour match, as the roof one is in the kitchen and it yellows slightly quicker in There. The bedroom may be the original paint colour, I can likely get a pic or something of that can/tin if it would help .. Edit 2: the majority of the help I need is in matching the colour of paint touch-ups to match the current colour of the aged paint. I probably should have made the listing specifically about this, I've done end if lease painting before so I can do that if need be. but I'm willing to pay to have someone do the painting too, as I think I require someone to come out and identify the correct pain, help/direct me where and how to obtain it and then blend it in/paint the Area so it looks like the area's around it

need to paint (refresh) all external cladding on single storey home prior to sale (front of house) . Dulux wallaby (paint to be provided by painter) A few panels came off in a storm so nails are showing where refixed. need to fill where required and re paint all cladding . note the panelling returns to the front door

Repaint ceiling & cornices of 1 study 195x379cm, long hallway with dog leg (730x95cm + 710x95cm) Kitchen 185x 355cm, dining 382x 368, lounge 390x 350cm, main bedroom 345x343, WIR 210x180, ensuite 200x 210 cm. House is 6 years old and initially very light coat of paint and as ceiling has been cleaned marks have appeared. The ceiling may have been sprayed initially I’m not sure but I’m after a brush cut in & roll for good coverage and light reflection pref with only 1 coat of dilux ceiling paint in natural white. Please provide quote including with and without sugar soap prep clean as i may be able to do this myself depending on when the job can be done. I’m moving in so really hoping to get it done asap. Chasing somebody to sand down some plaster walls today or tomorrow morning, Only 1 large back wall both sides and some short walls off to the side of them. Just allow 2 hours and that will be plenty of time. Experience is required please. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 12 December 2023

Looking for a plasterer to fix up wall, approx 235cm wide. Only a narrow section of the wall needs to be filled, some areas on the side are a little deep. Plaster only needed - no painting required.
