Hello. We have been renovating our 2 bedroom unit at Coolum since the end of last year. The new flooring we had installed looks great but the skirting was either not done or completed poorly. So I think the laundry, 2 bathrooms have good skirting but the 2 bedrooms, hallway, large living area and kitchen need the skirting redone. We would appreciate a quote for this work. Our unit does not have tenants at present so is free for a quote. We need a wall plastered and painted both sides ASAP.

There are three small areas where paint has been removed on a bedroom wall. Plus two small chips of paint from a corner of a wall. As there is no undercoat a gentle sand and paint to repair is required.

Need to have skirting boards painted in 4 bedrooms (inc robes). Approx size of bedrooms varies from 3 x 3 to 4 x 4. Skirting boards are primed and have been installed, need to fill nail gun holes and do and do at least 2 coats. I can provide materials and paint.

This Duplex is a small one bedroom that contains bathroom a small lounge room and kitchen and has recently just been painted white but I am wanting it painted a nice warm colour. Most of the walls have either windows or big doors so there’s not much to it and should be an in and out job.
