Sand, prepare and stain a merbou deck. Floor 4mx 3m, wall 1.6m x 3m and wall 2m x 3m. Stain and prep bought.

The woodwork on the porch at the front of my house needs REPAIR and painting. Gate and letterbox could do with some work also.

Paint job: Need a small patch painted on a door frame. This will mean repainting 1 door frame made of metal - 2 coats. I have the paint and a small roller brush. Task does not include painting/ repainting the door. Need to be done before 2 PM - Friday, 03 January. Crows Nest - Near Woolworths.

Do a full clean of the ceiling, seems the airconditioning unit has caused alot of dust on the ceiling as per the pictures attached. Perhaps a painter would do well at this as requires a high ladder to reach the ceiling. Thanks very much

Gloss finish(lacquered) sideboard to be sanded down and repainted. Preferably working in our garden as the item is quite heavy to be moved around. Would ideally like to see the wood after sanding down so will decide if I want black or just a stain. Three drywall repairs are needed two at the top of the stairs (larger) pictured and one in a bedroom (smaller) pictured. Include patch, sand and paint. If you acn provide before and after photos of previous work that would be great. The larger hole is approx 25-30cm across.

Complete painting Rafters of my outdoor area. Half finished job.

An item fell off my wall taking a chunk of paint with it. I imagine it’ll need to be puttied over and then repainted. I don’t have the paint handy as I’m a tenant, but I have a sample of the colour that was ripped off the wall for colour matching. It’s about 5x5cm

Paint the ceilings and cornice of my 2 bed unit in Crows nest. Ceilings have already been primed but will need some no more gaps around the cornice to fill some cracks/ gaps. 1x small kitchen 1x small living 2x small bedrooms 1x small hallway/ laundry room 1x small bathroom I can supply paint if needed :) I would be ideal if you could come on Thursday 27th/ Friday 28th before our floors get installed.
