Do a full clean of the ceiling, seems the airconditioning unit has caused alot of dust on the ceiling as per the pictures attached. Perhaps a painter would do well at this as requires a high ladder to reach the ceiling. Thanks very much

Gloss finish(lacquered) sideboard to be sanded down and repainted. Preferably working in our garden as the item is quite heavy to be moved around. An item fell off my wall taking a chunk of paint with it. I imagine it’ll need to be puttied over and then repainted. I don’t have the paint handy as I’m a tenant, but I have a sample of the colour that was ripped off the wall for colour matching. It’s about 5x5cm

Paint the ceilings and cornice of my 2 bed unit in Crows nest. 2 internal doors that have peeling paint that needs retouching. One door only has 2 or 3 small areas that need retouch. The other door has about 6 or 7 small areas that need retouch, with a few marks on doorframe that need retouching too. We need a carpet shampoo of our office (three rooms). Carpet is dark blue in colour. All walls have been freshly painted so only other cleaning is of blinds, window and window sills.
