Floor plan attached, its a single story 5 bed house. Need to paint all walls and ceiling, recently painted by owner as can be seen patchy paint job. needs some sanding and filling. Walls off-white/ cottage Cream, ceiling white. Oil paint includes all doors, BIRs, architraves, skirting, same as wall colour.

I have a medium sized 4 bedroom + study house that needs to be painted inside. It is furnished but it will be covered. Walls, skirtings and doors need to be painted (all ceilings, doors and walls to be same colour.) The main kitchen and living room does not need to be painted. Paint can be supplied OR can be provided. We have already selected the colour.
