Ceilings have recently been painted, but the colour needs changing to a brighter white. Minimal (if any) preparation necessary. Apartment is vacant. Can provide parking on site. Refer to layout diagram - approximately 52sqm. White paint is able to be supplied by owner. BYO brushes, rollers and ladder etc.

Balcony dimensions 4380 x 2000mm Heavy sand and stain. Preference for lighter stain but appreciate the limitations that exist. No interest in a painted finish.
