Require x2 newly installed skylight shafts to be prepared, sanded, painted as well as the surrounding ceiling. I will provide the paint, you provide everything else. Skylights are quite high so a big ladder is needed. I started it, clearly not a painter haha

Plus 2 doors (screen door and glass door) $50 per item = $500 12 window frames to be caulked and painted. $50 per items = $600 Windows and doors are currently stained wood. I’ve used a dulux undercoat 2-3 times then a dulux top coat and that seems to work fine. Paint, caulking etc. will be supplied.
